When you select Continue with ChatGPT or Sign in with ChatGPT, OpenAI may provide DocketClarity with your name, email address, and profile picture, if available. DocketClarity uses this identity information to sign you in, identify your customer account, and provide access to your account-isolated workspace.
DocketClarity uses your authenticated ChatGPT identity to isolate your workspace. Saved matter information and uploaded evidence remain stored after you sign out and are available only through authenticated, account-scoped requests. Evidence downloads require access through the same authenticated customer account, and uploaded files never receive public URLs. Signing out does not delete your work. Information remains stored until you permanently delete it; permanent deletion cannot be undone.
Do not upload passwords, Social Security numbers, payment-card information, authentication codes, files unrelated to your matter, or other sensitive information that is not necessary to organize your matter.

How to use your workspace
- Enter or update the case information, then select Save matter. Changes are not saved until you use that button.
- Choose one supported evidence file and select Upload evidence. Uploading evidence is separate from saving matter information.
- Select Sign out of DocketClarity when finished. To return, use Continue with ChatGPT and select the same ChatGPT account to restore access to your saved work.
- To remove information, permanently delete every evidence file before selecting Delete Matter. Permanent deletion cannot be undone.

Evidence files
You may store up to 50 files per matter. Supported types are PDF, JPEG, PNG, and plain text, with a maximum size of 10 MB per file. Empty, corrupt, encrypted, mismatched, and unsupported files are rejected. Files are numbered as exhibits in upload order. Download returns the original uploaded file through your authenticated account; files never receive public URLs. Deleting an evidence file permanently removes it and cannot be undone.

Case packet
Generate a printable PDF with a cover page, matter summary, exhibit index, sequentially numbered PDF, image, and text exhibits, packet page numbers, and confidentiality labeling. Packet source files may total no more than 50 MB. Review the completed packet before relying on or distributing it. DocketClarity does not file, submit, serve, or send the packet to a court or any other party.
